Too bad...Otherwise we'd have longer lasting structures like the Taj Mahal or the Badshahi Masjid...
These embezzlers cost hundreds of lives every year due to shoddy construction made from sub par materials procured through underhanded deals...

I agree with you that the culprits should get punished but here it is not about kicking the only black sheep out . Contractors use sub power materials as they have to cover other unnecessary cost like bribing government individuals for getting the tender , tender passing officer accept bribe as he has to fund the ministry . The minister needs it to cover the expense incurred on his election campaign. It is just a vicious circle .
I hope one day we have some one who stands against such bunch of criminals and by punishing them, he will set an example for the rest.
