Bridezilla--with a twist

No bride and no wedding (at least not in the near future).

Someone who is taking a big step in their life or making a life change, has been acting very strange, in that they are being very sensitive and getting angry with friends. They are picking fights over the oddest things, bringing up old issues. Whether those things are worth getting angry over, of course, differs from person to person. It’s clear why they are acting the way they are acting, at the core is fear…

So what do you do with that person? Be a good friend and try to alleviate their fears, patiently stick through their tantrums and not argue back, and pray for their very best?

or be a selfish and immature brat and ignore em…concentrate on your life, don’t fall for their behaviour which pisses you off, and pray for their very best?

tell them straight to their face" u r not the first person on this earth to get married. i hav been thru it long b4 u so just chill out n act like a "insann ki putter"

Re: Bridezilla--with a twist

the first option..but let them know they're being an ass too

I LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!! That is TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've always heard of parents daanting their children and saying "Oye...insaan bano.".........or they say.........."Insan ka bacha bano."

BUT "insaan ka puttar" is FUNNIER! From now on, I shall use that. I don't have kids........but I'll use it on people that cross the line. LOL!

Re: Bridezilla--with a twist

^ lol. i actually use that a lot with my kids.
tell u a funny thing that one of my hubby's mamo's name is Ehsaan so we call him Mamo Ehsan. now my kids hav never met him. so one day my hubby n i were talking abt " mamo Ehsaan k bachchay" so my then 4 yrs old said " insaa k bachchay? wat insaan k bachchay mama?" n all i could do was laugh. but she kept repeating the phrase whole day.

Did u even read the 1st line?
they're not getting married.

Re: Bridezilla--with a twist

sorry wat changes n big steps r we talking abt then?

Re: Bridezilla--with a twist

I think Sara is referring to how some brides act when the big day gets closer: they are difficult to deal with, emotional, sometimes even selfish but its because they're a little afraid of the big change coming their way.

If the changes are ones he/she cant help then Sara, the best thing to do is just be there for her...support her for now. Dont let her take advantage of you but try to simply be a good friend at this point.
