I think the best thing to do then, is to take her around and get some decent fabric to get that stitched in whatever kameez design she normally wears? There’s no point looking at kameez designs themselves because they may not be available, might better to have a look at the fabrics instead.

When my brother got married, thats what we did for a few of my aunts/khalas and they got it stitched by a tailor.

What area does the bride/mother live in?

agreed.fabric and coulur would inhance your mom looks and grace itself.try to make whats she is comfortable with rather forcing her into something she’d feel worried all the time.
