Mac at macys could have a different approach,well some Store mite....wen i went to da states.. my freind actually checked out a makeup artist at MAC AT MACYS for her wedding..she did an awesome job..she booked the gurl n everything..but sadly the gurl told her dat on da day of the wedding she was woking and could come to da gurls house....So my freind had to go to the store to get readyy...da same thing cud have happened here too..

mayb da MUA from mac cudnt come to her house coz she was workinn..
mayb her actual makeup artist cancelled last min
whoo nos..who cares.. regardless.. if da gurl in da video dint care.. who r we to judge..
