Hello, everyone! I found a few reviews on this website about some designer websites that sell bridal wear. I found this website called Gujarati Dresses and have been wondering if anyone has bought an outfit from them? If so what was your experience? Lehenga and sharara prices are extremely cheap compared to other websites I have seen with the same design. The salwar kameez seems to be a little cheaper also for the most part. I am looking to buy a few outfits from them but I want to be able to trust them first before paying so much any information would be great :slight_smile:

So I just received my item today that I bought from them that was in stock. I can’t believe the amount of work that was put into it. It’s about 96% described correctly when it comes to the embroidery but it is sooo heavy I think any more embroidery it would tear the fabric. It is in silk as described but over all shipping was extremely fast but I do live in the same state they are located in also.

I noticed shipping and stitching is free world wide which I haven’t seen a website that offers that as of yet.

I don’t think prices are cheap. They seem to be on the higher end, for the quality they are offering.

I noticed they are selling the items with silk and velvet. Wouldnt that be expensive to begin with? The embroidery is also done extremely well from other previous websites I have bought from. Do you know of a cheaper website?

update I bought another outfit from gujaratidresses and it is also amazing!! Its also just like the photos this website is well worth the price.

I find it interesting that your first post was may 13th asking about if anyone had reviewed the website when you had already ordered and received your order the very next day? are you sure you dont work for them?

Could you kindly upload a i pic of the dress you received . This dress has been copied for about 3 or 4 years.

No, I bought the item because I didn't want to wait since I had a party to attend in a few days so I ordered over night shipping and since they are located in the United States I received the item the next day.

I have photos on my phone but as I said before I don't see a upload file so I can upload the photos so I am not sure how as I am new here. I have seen other people do it from other posts but I am not sure how. I will try another method tonight for uploading photos and see if that works.

Hi girls need some advice where to buy my bridal clothing? I have a small budget of 3000 for all my outfits excluding mendhi.

Do I try find it somewhere in the UK or risk it and order from an overseas website?

hmmm... these Gujarati Dresses are awesome... and seems cheap to. I like Indian Bride's outfit too much. It is my wish to try the makeup and dresses of Indian trend. Really nice one.

You might want to remove the links from your posts because its against the forum policy. You can post a detailed profile of your work with the rates and contact details in classified section here Classified Ads Do that before any moderator checks your post :wink:

so let me get this right…you ordered a $350 outfit without checking out the vendor first? then it occurred to you that you should come and ask opinions here?

as for the pics of the outfit… if in fact you do work for the site then it shouldn’t be difficult for you to snap a few pics on your phone from inventory…:wink:

Yes why not? If it wasn't like the photo I would have returned it anyways and paypal would have given me a full refund without there stupid fee on returns. I needed a dress for a party so instead of waiting I thought it would be best to order it anyways.

I do have the photos on my computer but as i said before there is no upload link on paklinks.com to upload the photos so how am I able to show you the photos without a link?? Its quit frustrating since people keep thinking I am them and not giving me an actual answer on how to upload my photos onto this website/ post but until I get an answer I guess i cant upload any.

I did check the vendor but I could not find anything for a rating unless maybe you have? I googles other similar sites like Bargello and found one that this website was talking about THATS WHY I posted about this website if anyone had ever dealed with them.

Have you made an effort to check with a moderator or perhaps check the GS Support/Help sub-forum on how to upload pics?

I don't think that your technical issue or lack of understanding on how to navigate the site is anyone else's problem quite frankly.....

There is an image uploader link under Features on the right hand panel on every page on this forum, including this one, as well as a very detailed sticky thread in the main Weddings forum.

Thanks to the two who private messaged me, I will get back to you soon I'm still undecided if I'll order online or just go to shops in the UK.
