Ya going to Pakistan is quite expensive these days. On the plus side though if you do plan on going you can get a lot of additional items for a good price from there (jahez clothes, jewelry, mehndi decor etc). I have been living in Canada for 17 years so I’m not too familiar with the places in Pakistan and am not a fan of shopping in the crowded and hot bazaars lol. $500 for a bridal sounds like an amazing deal! You should definitely find out where she got it from and try to get other reviews from there. I’ll be happy to share the pics of my bridal after we come back from our honeymoon in January

I checked out Resham Zari this weekend, her is stuff is really really nice! And I think you get a decent deal. Thank you for telling us about her! I saw Saba Apparel too, found her bridal wear to be really nice but just though there were older designs IMO.

And haha I agree I don’t like the crowds and the heat either. Though, I think if you had a month or two, then it’s totally worth going there – you do get more variety and you get more for your money.

Btw majeemjum, who did you go for makeup and photography? We’re thinking Studio 95, but not sure how many hours to book for our 2 day event. Do you think 10 hours (5 and 5) would be sufficient between 2 days?
