Getting married next year and would really appreciate all the help I can get regarding post-shaadi formal wear to wear at daawats, etc.
I am based in Islamabad at the moment so thats kind of my only option for shopping.
I know it sounds ridiculous given how expensive everything is aaj kal, but if anyone could please point me in the direction of formal wear ranging from 10k to 20k, be it unstitched or ready to wear, in Islamabad?
I’ll be moving abroad later, which is why I think spending too much on these joras will probably be a waste
Hey there. I got my formal wears from Gul Ahmed luxury pret collection. Went there on the azadi sale hence everything was at flat 25% off. I bought 5 joras from there and the range was 9k to 15k (after discount). The kaam is not super heavy which is how I wanted. They are all great for evening wears/ dawaats etc so I'd definitely suggest to check them out.
If you're in Islamabad then do check out Kamran Market. It's in Saddar and they do good kaam.
Why don't you try motifz, or cross stitch kind of places. They will not have full on bling but a lot embroidered or sequined stuff which are very wearable and still dressy. I think motifz has an online store as well. Also check out sana safinaaz. Their stitched items were cheaper then I expected them to be (under 20k).
