AoA, my mother has at last decided
to do bridal shopping in Pakistan. We will be there for a month in Karachi. Last time I was there was in 2001 so I’m very lost.
Can anyone recommend shops which would make me something in 3-weeks? I’m more concerned with the fitting than heavy embroidery.
I’d love ready made but not sure if I will like anything. I’m looking for styles with a trail and jacket-front open gown. I Need shaadi and valima Joras and my budget is up to 1K each or 2K total.
You think I can have any luck? The dresses need not be heavy embroidered but just a nice fall/silhouette and fit. Also recommendations would be appreciated for gold jewelers.

what area will you be in? there are alot of boutiques in zamzama that do nice work.. Do you just need to get your bridals done or any other outfits also? there is a shop by the name of koonj that does nice bridals , its in kehkashan market , opposite gulf.
I got my shaadi dress done by a designer who does really beautiful work but i doubt she would be able to have something ready in 3 weeks. I think she is also holding an exhibition soon , so if you wanna check out formals and semi formals i can pass on her contact to you.

My preference would be Tariq road and I like a few of farad mannan styles so I’m hoping to find something similar but less expensive, if Tariq rd isn’t an option I can go elsewhere so far I’ve only seen cheap looking red dresses on Facebook shops from Tariq rd
