i have no idea...all i know is that she got ready from Madiha..... :) i am sure they would know...but if i may....i think IMO the picture would ve turned out better without the red background..since her dress is red...so if you are planning on wearing red....opt for a flattering background..instead of a 'matching' one...focus on you and your groom is more important... :)

love the colours and the jewellery... but not the super chaadar like wide dupatta. it seems to overwhelm her slightly. also she's wearing such a mishmash of jewellery... theres the gulu bund (LIKE MINE that i wore to my wedding!!! :)) and the gold necklace and then the sat lara... and then the teeka matches one thing, the jhoomar another... its a bit much. its tastefully a bit much in that its not gaudy, but it doesnt seem cohesive either.
also, isnt the baldy in the white kameez HSY himself? i guess she's a sister or cousin or someone? where'd you get the pics from? i'd love to see the rest of the wedding.

LOL.. yeah, that's the famous designer of the gold and purple hoodie. A friend sent me these pics, I guess she knows the girl. She is naeem bukhari's daughter.. that big lawyer in pakistan.. HSY is a close friend of the bride's. I have a few pics of mehndi too.. I'll ask for the site or where she got them from :)

^yep. that's their daughter. she used to be a model, i remember seeing her in mags and videos a longggg time ago. now i heard she's a lawyer from harvard.
and i agree, even though so many necklaces do go with her outfit, she could have had them matched! and it would have been better if the dupatta was a less wider so her gharara could show too. but i think hsy chose beautiful colors and the design looks nice. is it just me or you guys think her hair looks like its not even combed?!

i think she looks nice, the only thing that's really bothering me-- i think she should have pleated and pinned the dupatta to her right shoulder instead of letting the whole length of it down, it does overwhelm her a bit
i actually love her choice of jewelry, the fact that everything isn't perfectly matched goes w/ the whole design of the outfit. if you notice, not only are there a bunch of different colors but there are complete changes in the design of the embroidery all over the outfit, it has sort of a patchwork effect, i think the coordinated but not completely matched jewelry goes with the theme pretty well and it is something different (now that everyone's caught on to the trend of simpler brides and only one big jewelry set, it seems lots of different pieces is whats trendy and breaking the mold instead)
lol im sure her hair is combed! it looks fine, u can barely see it anyway, although i dont know why her jhumr is so far off her face

i think the reason her dupatta is so huge and draped the way it is, might be cos her shirt looks like its off-shoulder- look at the pic where the guys are picking her gharara to help her walk. perhaps she wanted that style but it was too risque for everyone else?
