at one point, i’d been contemplating doing a very mod black and white color scheme for the wedding with yellow as an accent color. had i stuck to that, i would have gotten something like this HSY dress made for the wedding. i looooooove it! its so pretty! i wish my bro would hurry up and get hitched so i could make it and wear this to his wedding! haha

If i wanted it, i’d send mum a pic and she’d have it tailor made at a fraction of a cost

i think its a lehenga actually, not a peshwaz... but it could be either! i'd make a gharara.
i think they lady i know in toronto might charge around $500-$800 for it.

This dress costs somewhere 3 lakh to 4 lakh if you are having it made by HSY. I have asked him price for some other similar bridal ones and this is the range of his dresses

yeah he quoted me $6000 for one of his other ones- overpriced and ridiculous. whatever. the beauty of pakistan is getting something like this made for 1/5th of the price :)

oh come on, its peach and mehendi green- those colours are just ugly. if it had been peach and something else, yeah i can see it working because the actual outfit IS pretty, but mehendi green? gross.

I see it as more of a mustard or maybe ochre yellow
