Can someone please explain to me how that wedding was as "about as non-traditional as they get" (direct quote from the photographer). Other than the fact that she decided against wearing a teeka, this looks like a pretty typical Pakistani wedding to me...
Yeah, not wearing the teeka, simple makeup and also the missing dupatta later on at the reception.
I don't understand.. as if having a 'traditional muslim' wedding is omg so horrible.

I think what he said that cuz it seems like they are having a wedding with vows at an altar, with ofcourse the imam being there, instead of them sitting down and have the imam say something and then just signing the nikkahnama. atleast thats what i think.

Nope she was a guest. I think her this outfit is heavier then her own shaadi jora, atleast it looks like it.
But its the samething as when girls redo their wedding outfit at someone elses wedding (which i HATE), they kinda look like brides too, sometimes better!
