Re: BRIDAL PICS.
^LOL! so funny
This outfit looks really good. I normally don’t like this colour but she really pulled it off. Sorry for the small size, couldn’t find bigger ones.
Aishwarya's wearing one in Bunty Aur Babli: a pic of it can be seen here: I've not seen brides wear it itself.
THANKS Esteemedone!!!
These days you get replica's of gold jewellery made, which look so unbelievably genuine. I for sure cannot tell if the set is real gold or a replica because of the amazing copies made!
Same is the case for stones. Few years back, my cousin took a very courageous step (as it was unusual back then) and wore a costly but very stiking stone jewellery set on her Walima. People did talk - but then they talk anyway! Lol! Everyone thought the Bride looked so different and beautiful - and that it was a great choice!
I don't think that stones make the look fake at all. Great copies get made where you just can't tell whether it is real or a replica! Some stones are costly like sapphires, emeralds, gems, semi-precious stones, pearls etc.
I think stone jewellery and crystal jewellery make great alternatives to typical gold jewellery and such jewellery gives an elegant and very stylish look to the Bride's personality. :)
I agree - I particularly am a fan of cut crystal jewelry set in a traditional setting - unique but with a traditional touch!!
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
how much is the average bridal lehenga in lahore these days? does anyone know when they are getting a good/fair price vs. when they are getting ripped off? i'm in the states and can't tell how much things cost anymore. the prices in pakistan have gone up significantly!
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
theres no average. it can go anywhere from 30,000 - 800,000.
