I love this one! Who would have thought grey with mauve would look so nice together! Love it! I think I want a churidaar in that combo!
This bride looks really pretty. I really like round tikkaas for some reason…
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
^The color seems to be something else.. the photographer has made the picture black and white which is why it looks grey.
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
It's actually red and blue!
ohh you think? but I liked it the way it looked to me! :(
well since there are no other pics we can't really compare... and while the background looks black and white the bride herself appears in colour...
ohh you’re right…cuz the front part of her shirt is red and obviously the sleeves wouldn’t be a different color… ok fine…BUT i still want a grey and mauve churidaar with silver work
that would look nice, no?
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
^ that would look beautiful!
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
i'm sure it'd look lovely.....
love the dress and colors! but what’s up with her walking bare-foot?
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
^ Is it necessary for people to lift the bride's lehnga? I find that people lift it too high and quite frankly, it looks odd.
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
I think its to help her walk properly. ^
I really like the way it looks in this pic too!

Letting the lehnga trail is part of the look. Plus the bride can lift it herself when neeb be eg. when getting on stage. When another person lifts it, they lift it too high. ..just an observation!
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
I guess they shud just lift the lehnga high enough so that the bride walks easily...not high in the air, lol...totally agree its luks so odd wen they hold the lehnga a bit too high..
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
^ lol..
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
I agree with the above posters...lifting the lengha is just not necessary...for goodness sake just let the woman walk naturally...I just find it really wierd and unnatural...I always dread oneday there's going to be an accident with some unfortunate brides skirt!!!
Re: BRIDAL PICS.
they hold it cuz sometimes the lehnga/gharara is so long that it gets in their way and the brides cant hold it themselves because they have all this jewelry on, their pouch/purse in their hands, dupatta on their heads and they dont wanna fall on their face while walking.
^ in additition to all those practical reasons...isn't it kinda nice to have people fuss all over you once in your lifetime? :)
