I just love matha patties.

but do u know if they can be switched to tikka afterwards. like u can’t wear matha patti after shaadi. so those patties can be removed/detached afterwards???

if you have just a string of beads of pearls or whatver you are using as the patti part, then you can just fold it back to make 3 strings with which the tikka part is held. otherwise if you are going for the thick style, then ask the jeweller to make it so you can take off the side part and wear it jsut as a tikka. this has to be done when you give the order for the matha patti though. or wear it as a necklace like femme said
