i swear they don't even like each other let alone love!!! i'm thinking there was some major pushing to get them to marry, no one looks like that on their wedding day!!! their body language is so off and even in other pics taken before, they don't seem to be connected... i don't know about the longevity of this one!!

i was just thinking the same thing! in every pic, shes looking at him, he's looking away. and then when they're in the car, they're sitting on opposite ends and each looking out their own window! sad... although maybe some kid poked her wedding cake and she's ticked off about that! lol :p

they are probably just plain exhausted from the countless ceremonies/rituals that they are forced to live through.
just like any middle-class wedding, there are many stresses that one puts up with.

muzna- you could be right! hindu weddings have tons of customs spread over lots of days- my bff was completely spent by the time her wedding was over! they had done so much praying and blessing and partying! :P

My friend had a gruelling 4 day hindu wedding, but almost in every photo i saw of her she was soooo happy and smiley and looking adoringly at her hubby, it was soooo sweet, in alot of them she didn't even know her photo was being take, so she didn't fake it!!!

even if they were tired of all the ceremonies - they are the most famous ppl in india, and this is the most awaited wedding in the country since god knows when. surely they must know that they are going to be photographed at every moment of the day and could at least put a smile on their faces. and abhishek could have at least had a shave in the morning!

SGC: look at the girl in the last pic from aminas, she has greeny eyes and a light lip thing going on!!! i think it looks pretty!! i personally would go slightly smokier, but that's just me!

^ the dupatta looks like its made of tissue, thats why its so fluffy instead of sitting flat/flowing on her head. its a shame- the outfit does look gorgeous!

omg i cant believe they actually got married! i thought all the rumors were just publicity hype!
you guys are right though, they dont look very happy, although im sure a lot of it can be attributed to the crowds and photographers smothering their wedding, seriously all the guests look very annoyed and/ or stressed, they all have this perayshan look about them
