Nothing special , just sheer chiffon sleeves (without overlocking) and a silk patch beneath the triangular kaam pattern in the cuffs

Lol I meant how she has two sets of sleeves...if that makes sense. You can see the short sleeves at the top but she's wearing something with longer sleeves :/ Just a bit confused
