The bridal photo shoot pics came out good but the background the guy put on it was horrible…is there any way to get that fixed? And to touch up the pics a little bit? I live in USA. Should I have someone here do it or send pics back to PK and have someone there do it?

if you can get the original camera files, i.e. if it was shot digitally, then its pretty easy. otherwise, its a bit more painstaking but can definitely be done. you can take it to any lab in the states and find out the retouching costs and process.

yeah me too.....I just wish I had better pics.....if one thing goes right the next thing goes wrong....and the hardest part is getting things ur way esp when u have 2 families making decision of where the wedding will be.

Are the photo's digital or film? If you can get the original digital files, it would be easy to fix. You should demand that the photographer/retoucher fix them or give you a serious refund. If you can get a copyright release, I can take a look at them (I do photo retouching for photographers).

well the pics were done in PK. It was done by digital I believe. Well he made us a CD of the pics. And since he was a relative of a family friend it was a given that he was going to be the photographer of our wedding...so can't do anything about it. We complained so much about the video he fixed it, but not to our standards....

Ugh, this is why should never mix relations with work (I had to learn this the hard way!) It's hard to tell people what you really want. Would you be able to send me a few of the photo's that show the worst of the worst? My email is matineesiren(at)yahoo(dot)com, and I'll tell you what could be done with them.
You should demand that he send you the original photo files. If he's a responsible photographer, he should still have them.

I have random files here and there online. I'd have to upload a series of before and after, which I can have up by tomorrow if need be. I can do it, but I can still take a look at the photo's and mess around with them and see if you like them. Whichever route you prefer.

I have seen the worst background ever in someone’s wedding pics, the funniest one was with the background of tower bridge and the there was a easy jet’s pic behind the bridge :S
I think the logic was tht bride and groom went to tower bridge straight and easy jet was ready to take them for honeymoon
