I feel like crying! With nearly two weeks left till baraat, I had ordered my baraat dress in July, given all exact details with sample shades of colours to be used.
Today I saw my lengha, the design is same but he used different fabric of red in my lengha and shirt. My dubatta and lengha match but he used it so different for shirt.. The fabric is more showing golden patterns than red and the kaam is so dull!!
Help! The kaam on my shirt is heavy and fitting is not proper. Had it done in Lahore liberty market shops.
Everyone thinks I should complain to shop and tell them to re do this in same fabric as shirt.
Do u think its possible to redo shirt in two weeks? My shirt is not long but small. I have tried to reach my designer on phone but its not picking!
Go to the shop and demand he fixes it. It's his fault! Phoning him wont do anything. I'm sure they can do it in two weeks, you still have time. Good luck :(
Be very assertive ! Take somebody who could help you! Try to be firm and assertive but polite....explain calmly what you don't like.....and have them fix it....otherwise look for another designer to help you......
did u pay the full amount ? go to the store in liberty and talk . phone call wont help much

If its a shop, they'll be able to manage getting it redone in the time frame of two weeks since they have dedicated team of karigars unlike most of the home based designers, however, it depends on their willingness to do it again. If you are in Lahore already and can go to the market yourself, go and as someone else suggested take someone along who is assertive. Have them replace the shirt. But as a contingency plan, also have some other shop make a shirt for you as well. Wish, I could be of any help but unfortunately don't have dedicated resources available to make such a short time commitment. I'll inbox you contact number of a friend in lahore though, she has her own karigars and might be able to help you with your problem. You don't need to get upset though, InshaAllah everything will be fine.
Thank you all. I travelled all the way to LHR the next day along with few family members who are expert in dealing with pk shoppers. Anyhow I am shocked how cheeky are all the shop keepers! They refuse to admit its their mistake and even lie that they had showed me the fabric when we ordered!
However thanks to all my family who were able to show them its their fault! They were very assertive and finally after long time they agreed! Gosh these shop keepers.
