Lamaar is pretty famous, and I would like to suggest u pay a visit to Snips Salon in panorama mall for women, they have a good package with bridal services, saw their makeup on model n it was nice on a white dress and not too glittery like usual MUAs in Riyadh.

Sara studio near tamimi markets in ahsa is a good photographer, others you can find in Souq Makkah where they do ladies photo shoots as well.
