Bridal make-up artists in Islamabad/Rawalpindi area?
Hi, I’m a newbie to the site. InshAllah i’m going to Islamabad for my wedding this summer, but I’m not sure which make-up artist to go with.
I really don’t want to be plastered in white make-up!
Can anyone recommend a good beautician who does more modern/less over the top work?
I’ve heard some make-up artists don’t really listen to the bride when they say they’d prefer a different look etc :(, does anybody know parlour which has good customer service?

You shud try Daniella in Islamabad...She is currently the best..I had my make up done from there and so did all of my friends in Islamabad. Its a lil more expensive than all the other parlours...but blv me...its worth it. The best part, they have their own photographer, so you can have your photo shoot right after your makeup is done at the same place. very nice setup. You shud go check it out atleast before you make your mind about any parlour. The thing that I liked the most abt them was the fact that they make you feel special and it matters a lot to all the brides to be.
Hey Girl, I'm gettimg married in Islamabad this May. Can you please post ur pictures please? Did you get the makeup for all three days, Mehndi, Baraat and Valima from Daniella's? What are the charges?

Diplex is crap... i had a bad experience - my bridal make up was really unprofessional and the lady was a real snobby cow and doesnt listen to wat you want - SO TRY AVOIDING DIPLEX in Islamabad -
My wedding will be in pindi (dont know where exactly) but whereabouts is daniellas and millis? do they hav websites? and if i take my own make up can they use that on me instead of thers?

why would you want to look like yourself?? you have looked like yourself all your life, on your wedding day you wanna look a million times better b/c its the most imp day of your life. my sis got her makeup done from nikhar and she looked really beautiful and the base was perfect for her skin that didn't make her face white aata
found daniellas/janie liang salon website, make up looks good… and seems like they use good quality makeup, not the cheap stuff.
my sisters skin got really bad after the wedding day cuz of the make up some parlour in pindi used, thats why i was thinking to take my own.

i had my makeup and facial done from nikhar and i absolutely loved it esp my eye makeup and esp the stuff they use is all international not china made i would recommend u to go there and have a look

does nikhar have a website or do u hav any pictures? im going to pakistan around the 2nd April and wedding is on 15th n 16th so I dont hav a lot of time to look for the best parlour.
looking over the threads daniellas/meelees and nikhar look good, I have only seen daniellas makeup pictures so seems like best one so far...

yes in Lancashire and u? i was thinkin of depilex but ive read some negative things about them and they dont have alot of bridal pictures on there site so im considering nikhar or daniellas there site is janieliang.com/salon but thers more bridal pictures on janie liang facebook
