Has anyone ordered their bridal lehnga from Zardozi (The designer studio) in Birmingham?
I went to their shop and really liked the neat and elegant work and design (which I am looking for). I haven’t been able to trace anything similarly in Birmingham. Only Indian styled dresses which is NOT something I would go for. The only concern I have is the attitude the manager had when I went to his shop. The customer service was okay but he kept on bragging about their work and how good it is compared to the 50 kg heavy work the Indians shops here provide (That was exactly what he said)… making fun of the shops in Birmingham.. and it didn’t seem very professional to me…
I can live with the bragging as long they can provide the good customer service we all look for.
Even though the dresses are overpriced compared to the ones you can get in PK (starts from 2000 pounds) his bridal dresses are no doubt really gorgeous! - And I don’t have the opportunity to go to PK and do my shopping there.. So I HAVE to find “THE ONE” dress over here. And his bridals are very close to what I’m looking for.
