Not sure where to post this… but seeing as everyy bride in 6 months time becomes this ghulabi glowing bride pleaseee let me know how?!
Iv got about 5 months now…but i am a full time pharmacy student monday-friday with a 2 hr commute journey each way. So in short..I dont get time for gym during the week.
Im a size 10..5ft tall..fair/medium complexion. But my skin is so acne prone. Luckily my breakouts have gone but iv got red scars left..skin is dull and pale…dark circles…brittle hair. Basically i look like a dehydrated student lol
But you should probably start working on a better routine. Drinking lots of water, improving your diet, getting more sleep, getting your vitamins in, etc.
I know these things help a lot BUT rest assured...on your wedding day...you'll be glowing no matter what.
drink loads of water - everyone was telling me to do so before my wedding but I only started about 2 weeks before the actual day, and it still made a massive difference. Imagine what it can do if you start drinking even earlier?!!
I have to say ppl under estimate how much of a difference drinking water can make, I was someone who always suffered from acne and never had a clear complexion, went to the Dr's, tried many different things but nothing seemed to work...
I then decided to start drinking more water (with my wedding in April inshallah) it's now been around 2-3 months i've been drinking loads more water than i used to, still probably not as much as i should but around 1.5 to 2 litres a day and I wish I had before/after pics to show everyone... My skin has become totally clear mashallah hardly ever have breakouts and my overall complexion is just so much more clearer and glowy!!
So best advice is start drinking more water...
Also I have been using uptan on my face (as a face mask) around 3 times a week which also makes a visible difference in the texture and colour of my complexion so would definitely recommend that, especially as it's all herbal/home ingredients used.
