i’m still waiting on my order from them. it’s been 2 months. unfortunately, i didn’t pay through paypal so i can’t get a refund that way. i have all the emails and the account info the money was transferred to. the customer service was excellent in the beginning. all emails were answered by someone who goes by the name umair hassan. it all started dwindling down once the payment was made.
i’m going to report the incident at Faisalabad Police. i wonder if they’ll do anything.
does any fellow guppan know of anyone powerful in faisalabad? please help!
