well the wrote e back saying that they have been experiencing problems with the band with and that is why they were no able to answer me. then i wrote them back couple of times after that and dont reply. tried calling and they dont answer. then i told my fiancee to call, and they answered that one time. and told him the dress was going to be ship out yesterday. and me and my fiancee have being trying calling again to confirm and now the dont answer to any of us. :(
i really do not understand whats going on with this company!

Over 2 months have past, and have not received anything from zarian. nor they answer emails or phone calls.
i had to purchase another dress for me to wear for my wedding.

I myself m a designer & i never thought thtonline shopping is so much difficult.. I thought of selling my stuff online but now i have changed my mind completely now i want ppl 2 come 2 me & see the stuff & then only order.. These ppl shuld be ashame of themselves & shuld think abt their akhirat..
i’m still waiting on my order from them. it’s been 2 months. unfortunately, i didn’t pay through paypal so i can’t get a refund that way. i have all the emails and the account info the money was transferred to. the customer service was excellent in the beginning. all emails were answered by someone who goes by the name umair hassan. it all started dwindling down once the payment was made.
i’m going to report the incident at Faisalabad Police. i wonder if they’ll do anything.
does any fellow guppan know of anyone powerful in faisalabad? please help!

Something seriously needs to be done about these fake designers and websites....some kind of awareness to stop people from falling prey. These are big scammers....
