Bridal Dress HELP!

Hi girls…I need help! So every girl dreams of their big day and I have been for a long time now. I just didn’t realize how much effort goes into planning it and I am SO TEMPTED to just elope but something tells me that won’t go down too well as my family is planning the wedding of the year! ¥
We are aiming for a December wedding (fiance is in Pakistan, I am abroad). My mehndi dress is gorgeous MA (so my sister in law tells me as she is getting it made!) but I chose it so that’s all fine! BUT what is causing me immense stress at the moment is my bridal dress. I am willing to go designer and in fact prefer it since I won’t be going to Pakistan for my wedding shopping (i just got back after my engagement took place there) and I feel as though its impossible sitting halfway across the world trying to find “whats in”. I therefore need the insight of all you lovely ladies to PLEASE help me find a dress! Designer is fine, anything is as long as it’s stunning! I would like to wear a red gown or lehnga but am open to suggestions. Walima will be in pakistan at a later stage so i am not concerned about that yet i just need a bridal for here. Could someone please suggest designers and/or post pics? Or any designers you have worked with and were helpful?

Thank you!

Re: Bridal Dress HELP!

Have a try with Sabysachi Mukharji designed dresses.I think you can choose Lehenga, it will be fair.

Re: Bridal Dress HELP!

there are many designers that are really great with responding to emails quickly and are really helpful in the ordering process for people that are abroad. They can definitely help out with what styles and colors are in fashion. I am also on the same boat as you, although I did get to go to Pak for my wedding shopping, i still emailed a billion designers acting as if I wanted to order a dress through email to find out the bridal range. Some designers were so great and helpful whereas others didn't really care for my emails. Try designers like maria B, menahil and mehreen, Bunto Kazmi, ayesha yousuf, Kalah, and Nasreen sheikh you can see many of their outfits on facebook (except of bunto kazmi).. other designers like Sana Safinaz, Aisha Khadeeja, Nicki n Nina were not helpful at all and really not interested, I would never order a bridal dress from them via the internet...at the end of it, it really depends on your range!
