hii, as i know its not typical for a pakistani bride to have a birdal bouquet. Most of the brides just have a little bag in their hands.
i m getting married in lahore and i was wondering where to get a nice bridal bouquet for my shaadi.
Any suggestions?
Also can somone tell me how to attach a picture to my post? i wanted to post a sample here.

hehehehe my cuzs did that only she had gorgeous, gorgeous long flowing bouquet of flowers ,it was irises n all. If you have an event planner who is co-ordinating everything then show them pics n tell them what you want.
Or go to any flower shop people and ask them to make samples n c if u like the quality.

I’m from isloo and they have them here at every big maket like jinnah and f-6 , the flower shops. Why dont you speak to whoever will be doing the decor for ur wedding if it’s a seperate company from the Hotel.
Tell them the design and whether you want it to be a simple bouquet of flowers or something more dramatic and ask them for samples.Tell them whetehr u want local flowes ,in season in november or u want imported ones.

hm the wedding is going to be at PC hotel in lahore and they have a inhouse deco and they are not getting me a bridal bouquet and yes it has to be a little one with red rosed and something blue in it

U want the traditional boquet? Id suggest u go for something more unique …like they are doing all sorts of bouquets these days with gorgeous flowers ..

Go to the most popular flower market in Lahore, go to the most decent looking shop and talk to them and take a picture. They will make it for you and they will customize it. Get one made in advance to see if you like it and then order another for the wedding.
For my wedding day, i am carrying flowers too but i have not decided which ones as yet. I am carrying a bag but its blingy and has a long gold thin chain attached over it so i'll just sling it over my shoulder. :P

what you could do is walk in with the flowers n hold them for some time and replace with the purse? that is what im doing... holding both is too much to me. i was even considering just to have the bouquet and at some point give it away... and no purse... but my mom wants one

that is a good idea hon. carrying two things will be a bit much. I just kinda dislike the cloth pouches that Pakistani brides carry. It's just not me or my style. I would probably ask my sister to hand over the bag later. :)

If your clutch is a hanging on , u can wrap it arounfd your wrist and walk with both. a clutch and a boquet. I walked in with both. though later i carried my clutch only ( i didnt take the normal clutch tht comes with dress matching embroidery, instead i bought another clutch ).

I booked Zerita flowers here in Karachi for roses bouquet but when my brother went to pick it they told dont have any pink or peach roses left they had some reddd roses. So i got tyhis boquet from a local phool wala who make gajras and haars. it looked nice still :)
