Hey there,

Some1 at work just gave me Breyers cone Vanilla and Caramel flavour. Does ny1 know if it’s halal cuz i read somehwere that usually vanilla is extracted in alcohol. I don’t knwo if they’d have used alcohol for vanilla for this ice-cream. ny help wil b appreciated.

Oh n it does have kosher symbol on it but that doesn’t help as i think alcohol is permissible in jewish faith.

So plz help b4 my ice cream melts.

i dunno about that particular ice cream but if you're concerned about it, just buy vanilla ice cream that uses vanilla bean(and will have the dots in the pic). It will only say vanilla bean in the ingrediants as oppose to vanilla extract
