Brexit and the employment conditions

So many of EU laws gave us here in the UK an easy work condition for example, working hours, Maternity leave etc

Will it affect you greatly? how do you plan to deal with it? have the HR Personnel shared with the teams how Brexit will impact you and your future employment conditions?

Offtopic but my previous workplace had "Summer fridays" i.e. 12 pm friday off in Summers. Since I switched the companies now I miss it every year.. Sigh.

I'm sure brits will feel the same way
