not related to breastfeeding but an interesting thing I learned recently is that if you have kids less than 18 months apart, there is an increased risk of pre-term birth, low birth weight and small size for gestational age.

My kids are 18 months apart and I had perfectly normal pregnancies. Both of them were born full term.
