"add some zest" lol.i guess arming urself before a mission is a good thing n in this case it shud be "breasting".wasnt plastic surgery in islam discussed before? anyways it depends upon neeyat ya irada ,as far as info on the net is concerned.and to remove any defect which harms emotionally,psychologically and physically.but the question is that most women have psycho somatic disorders,they r smart yet consider themselves fat etc etc so where do we draw the line.another thing is did u ask for the opinion or fatwa.ur post is ambiguous.

just for beautification surgery is not permitted in Islam because they alter the Creation of Allah. If a woman is flat chested maybe yes but if normal then no additional “zest”. new question: if a man really likes a woman to b ample in the chest department and he just cant perform in its absence ,wats the fatwa in that case.U may search on google for me now if u plz.

I think it would be best for a woman to find a man who finds her attractive without implants. At times the scar may become hypertrophied and at times late after surgery problems with implants may lead to distortion and disfigurement of breast. in arranged marriage its not possible in every case to have bust size of the woman,and a man has the right to prefer a big breasted woman if that turns him on.sex is a gift,a necessity n essential for the majority no?
preference for big breasts in no way measures the supportiveness of a man.its all about being turned on n the sexual act.normal men oogle at women they find attractive,some do it decently,some admire discreetly etc etc ,its normal.

the way i see it has got less to do with religion and more to do with ones own thinking.
with modern technology i think implants are fairly safe medically(if done by reputable docs,ofcourse). but the fact of the matter is that what exactly do the people get out of implants??
its a false sense of security about who you are. kinda like the hair weaving thang thats going on. it only gives you a sense of temporary acceptance of ur physical attributes. so i feel more than it being wrong or right...its just silly.

Another point that was raised - does a man, Islamically, have a right to demand a big-breasted woman for marriage? Where does that leave small-chested women? Are they to be distributed among beggars?

LOL, "mosquito bites" really is NOT charming Lollypop Man.
Anyway, I always thought that cosmetic surgery of any kind was forbidden cause you are altering God's creation (similar to why tatoos are forbidden), unless you get it done due to some sort of serious accident or health issue.

Women's beauty is for her husband only... maybe it depends if Husband wants his wife to get implants of course he needs to take her security and well being into account so that she is not hurt by any side effects. :)
Unless a women has breast implants so that she can showcase it to the rest of the world, it is probably not a good idea as far as Islam is concerned.

I guess you can associate this on same level as piercing which as far as I know is haram... on the other hand, one should be happy with whatever Allah gave him/her because if a women doesn't have bigger or nicer breasts it could be that she has other qualities (bodily or otherwise) that out match even after she gets breast implants.

I've read that after breast implants you may not be able to breast feed your children so that may be a consideration?

Anyway back to the topic, i think its permissible as long as it is not used for showing off or any other pervert purposes.

Its not the real thing, unless you take another womens and stick em on your chest. No matter how good the technology its still silicone(FAKE)!
For the men, if you are so desprate go suck on silicone balloons or something
