Yup, I agree once again! :) If a woman feels insecure about her chichis, even after she has them enlarged, she will always feel insecure. Her insecurities will probably move to her backside.

They have implants for the hips also to make them more curvy. They pretty much have implants for every area of “attraction” on the body. Cheek, lips, chin, breasts, backside, hips, etc.
ive just been reading thru all the added arguments...
the conclusion is... it depends on the situation... why someone would want to reduce their breast size.. or why someone wants to enhance them..
cant remmeber who.. but someone mentioned applying make-up and so on..
i think if girls are reducing or increasing their size for health problems.. then go for it.. cus its a medical issue..
if its for self esteem... they need to re-assess themselves.. there are hundreds of other ways of gainign self esteem.. and this change usually begins from the inside.. not from the outside.. to change urself.. ur just trying to please the society.. its just an excuse to get more attention..
if u want to do it cus either it makes u look fat... think about those females who've had breast cancer.. and would do nething to have them back... if u want to increase them.. think about the problems girls have wearing clothes... (we're talking about paki/muslims) so maybe u need to go read the Quran and other texts saying u need to cover that part of the body... so whats the point in increasing them... ur hubby aint gonna get a kick out of fake ones neways..

i was against plastic surgery.. until my mama had an awful awful accident.. that i cant even begin to explain... and a reminder... plastic surgery miracles only happen in movies... in real life.. no plastic surgery.. no treatment can make u look better than what Allah Mian made u as..

A friend of mine told me that subcontinent women have bigger breasts cause they eat curry , and the main ingredient in curry is Garam masala which makes there breast larger where as western women eat allot of brocalli thats why there breasts dont grow to a full size.
My advice is rather than having breast augmantation (and spend loads of money) its better to eat loads of hot salen.

Breast reduction is necessary sometimes. They do hurt your back and posture. Not self-absorbing to have a reduction.
