i don’t know abt u yaar but i dont bother my parents abt small things, coz technically i’m an adult now [haha thats debatable 
] but still, i like to solve these kind of small issues myself or if its really bothering me then discuss with friends or on GS like u did and in this case of yours it really seems like it is a total non-issue…if you tell your mom she might think that it is indeed a big issue u know? whereas it is not at all so i dont think telling ur mom is even necessary…khamakha she might get worried…or think of it as something bigger than it actually is… u know

I know the guilt feeling remains within ourselves if we keep on thinking on the same track but you still do not know how they really felt about your engagement to someone who is not their own son What I mean is may be they are as happy for you as your own family is.May be since the beginning this family had been doing any favour for your family was out of sincerity cuz otherwise they wouldn’t be taking this much interest in your engagement shopping…
