In Pakistan police and other forces are incapable to kick PM, thus it becomes duty of Pakistan Army to kick the Ass of such person (as national duty). If Musharraf kicked his Ass, he just done duty to the country, so what law Musharraf broke?
This shows what power of crack can do to thinking capabilities of some people.
Let me explain few things to you, my friend.
1)There is a constitution in Pakistan and it has basic structure of the the government (ie parliament, executive and judiciary).
2) Under the Constitution army has defined role, and it must do as oder by the civilian govt. and politics are not part of it.
3) What Mushrraf has done is High Treason under the article 6 which reads:
High treason.
(1) Any person who abrogates or attempts or conspires to abrogate, subverts or attempts or conspires to subvert the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.
(2) Any person aiding or abetting the acts mentioned in clause (1) shall likewise be guilty of high treason.
(3) [5] [Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament)] shall by law provide for the punishment of persons found guilty of high treason.
The punishment of High treason is death penalty. I hope, I'm around when Mushrraf and other coup enablers face hangman's rope like Saddam Hussian.

You see, NS was in Saudis since 2000. NS broke Saudi Law and ran away from Saudi. Saudia send their intelligence head to Pakistan asking Pakistan to return their criminal. Pakistan being a friendly country returned Saudi criminal to Saudia. So, what is wrong there? Anything wrong there?
[Just think. If a British went to USA. Break American law and run back to UK. America found out and send arrest warrant to UK with some sort of proof, asking UK to give them their criminal so that criminal can defend himself in American court or go to jail in USA. So what you think UK would do? UK cannot try that criminal in british court because crime is done in USA under American Law (Something that might not be crime in UK could be crime in USA). Obviously UK would send that criminal to USA. That is what Pakistan did, sent Saudi crimianl to Saudia]
Re: Breaking News: Sharif 'taken to Pakistan jail' (Merged)
Which crime NS did in Saudi Arabia?
Are we in Saudi police to know what crime NS did in Saudia? One crime is that he made agreement with Saudi government and did not fulfilled that (probably under Saudi law, that is crime deserving capital punishment).
Rest of the crimes ... only Saudi authority would know (maybe he stole something from Saudi King's house ... a fork, a knife, a plate, a painting ... who knows? :)
Re: Breaking News: Sharif 'taken to Pakistan jail' (Merged)
I am not a supporter of NS, but if it is true that NS has been deported to Saudia Arabia then it shows complete disregard of the rule of law by Musharraf. Musharraf is on a mission to self-destruction. He is losing all credibility amongst the people of Pakistan. He has played right into the hands of NS and has damaged his own image.

Re: Breaking News: Sharif 'taken to Pakistan jail' (Merged)
Musharf has totally goofed - and with advisors such as Wasi Zafar and Sher Afghan he is not capable of running Pakistan.. last 6 months has seen Musharf loosing support in Pakistan with one blunder following another...
Re: Breaking News: Sharif 'taken to Pakistan jail'
Nawaz is presently on his way back to Royal Exile in Saudia.
And Mushrraf is going str8 down from here. His days are numbered, and whats most ironic thing about this whole drama is thats NS going to have the last laugh.
As of today, Mushrraf is nothing more than common criminal who is not only violation of the Constitution, but has violated the SC order, and doesn't even deserved to be called a general. People of Pakistan should rise up against this mad man and throw junta out of power and hang few these generals who have brought us nothing but disaster after disaster.
Re: Breaking News: Sharif 'taken to Pakistan jail' (Merged)
Musharraf is thinking more about Pakistan then trying to save his behind. I guess, Pakistanis will never be happy with anyone WHO TRIES. As far as I know, Musharraf is not power hungry like the other politicians and I respect him for that. Go ahead mock him all you want! but I salute him for what he did!
