Fraudia, how are you going to educate a 23 or 33 year old men about moderation and following the true teachings of islam? This cancer has grown too big and too dangerous for it to be treated, it needs to be eliminated, cut off and buried, I agree.
Few weeks ago some guy murdered his three daughters because someone told him that if he did that it would be same as if he killed three goats for qurbani. We need to find people who tell others BS like that and shoot them.
That is just one case, how many more are out there telling people that it is okay to kill innocent civilians? Any body can have beard and act like a molvi who may also collaborate with anti-islamic forces, and there have been cases of that where fake al qaeda cells were discovered in Palestine, fake palestinians who were actually mossad operatives and actually read quran and performed prayer with palestinian prisoners to get them to talk....
This problem is not as simple as educate people and that will solve the problems. The problem is very deep and it requires deep thinking from both sides, the ones that are crying islamic terrorism today and those who practice Islam as their religion. When issues like Palestine, Chechna and kashmir go on and on for decades and then issues like east timor are solved over night... there is something wrong and someone is not thinking deep when it comes to problems faced by the areas that give birth to so called Islamic terrorism.
When we are going to take actions against such extremists elements in our own countries, we mus be firm to confront the hypocrisy of the western governments and their contribution to the problems they face today!

I don't think any court will believe this story...they should have their tickets booked...must have liquids and peripherals with them...must be sitting in a plane...

jaan leva when i say educate its not about seding ppl to high school and college, but really a concentrated effort to counter this branwashing that groups with their own agendas have been doing.
as far as western govts go, hey need to do what they need to do. Uk muslims had asked several times that groups like HT be banned or atleats prevented from harssing them in their mosqus but due to the fredoms afforded in the country, these groups got a fre reign until mainstream finally became aware of this scrouge that muslims had to put up with for years.
as far as sorting the jahalt in our midst, that needs to be done regardless of anything, any injustices, any world political issues etc etc. They need to be tackled but lets not make one a prerequisite for the other

Not that you would find it on the news but the requests were made on a number of UK campuses by muslim students who were being harassed.
british Muslim MPs had asked that the group be banned.
masajids had asked these grups to not distribute their literature on masjid premises and these guys had to be on the streets around teh masjid.

the british mps demanding the ht be banned was covered in news, the small stuff like students asking universities or masajid forcin them off premises may be in local papers and all but hard to search online and find.

Only 10% of the effort would have been enough to get rid of a tyrant muslim dictator. We think that the jews and the west are the cause of all this muslim bloodshed, but we forget that its our leadership, corrupt and selfish to the core, which is allowing all this to happen in the first place. Those who react against the west are a misguided lot, they dont know the meaning of justice, otherwise they would not have allowed a tyrant rule them in the first place. We still have time, the day we have true representative governments in Muslim countries, there would not be any Afghanistan, Kashmir, Lebanon, or Chechen problem.
