5 months is hardly time to set things right. While I am not a supporter of his, he did say in his press conference today that upon taking over he consulted many ex players and they all advised him to keep his plans pn ice till after the WC. I am sure that if he had put these or any other plans into action before the world cup we would all be now berating him for upsetting a settled team and held him responsible for the failure of the WC campaign.
Well, we can only hope, but I doubt he'll make much headway.
No foreign coach? Why not just the "best" coach regardless of where he's from?
A baseball coach from US? Well that would not only be a foreign coach, but from a foreign sport as well.
Agree with the mental toughness and the infrastructure part, but that's just talk at this point. Hopefully something concrete will come out of it.
