I dont understand the support on this forum for the so called "Judicary"? Have any of you ever dealt with lawyers? ever been to a kacheri?.....Do you how cases can be dropped or stalled with money!? Lawyers, like everywhere else in Pakistan wont speak to you unless you have "approach"!!!!!
The lawyery is as crook as any other thing in the land of the pure! In a country where you cant get justice but can buy a judge....i will never support them!!!and thats why i never supported his royal highness the chief justice!!!
Back to Mr Musharraf. Already more and more people have come on this thread and said a few kind words about Musharraf. I guess we all are guilty of destroying that mans 47 year career!!!!
I agree. Lawyers AND judges are probably the most corrupt institution in Pakistan. When the judicial system is corrupt, the common man does not get justice and looses trust in the state. That is exactly what is going on in Pakistan. If other government apparatus is corrupt , there is still recourse and hope but when the Judges and lwayers demand and accept bribes the state becomes Pakistan.
My brother had his car stolen which was then later recovered by police. He had to go get his car from a judge who promptly asked for a big sum of bribe for releasing his own car! Later on my brother found a contact of another judge who requested the first judge to release the car but he was super annoyed and told every one on their face " I don't close any case without taking my money. That is my principal."
