Surely PTI could have arranged ambulances and paramedics on their own, they dont need the Punjab police for that. The guy whose ankle broke I hope is being looked after well and in SKH and that the expenses will be borne by PTI.

bhaijan makes very valid points......I too am disappointed at the lack of preparation.
for a party that chose to cancel a jalsa due to "security reasons" and particularly the "security of those in attendance rather than IK himself", then it would be safe to assume that the organizers be prepared for an emergency of this sort.

and knowing what I know of Imran, I would think that all the injured parties will be treated with equal zeal and commitment in sha Allah.

Chacha Cricket and Chacha Pakistan are two different individuals.

Sadly one of them is no more, Chacha Pakistan died a few months back. He used to do his show at Wagha border in the flag raising ceremonies daily. And yes, this is Chacha Pakistan, and he has been seen in PTI jalsas regularly, and even visited SKMT hospital. Amazing guy!

True. Also supporters/workers need to get a hold of themselves. There is just too much crowding around the stage. For god’s sake, give the poor guy some breathing space esp. when he is entering or leaving the stage. This was a disaster waiting to happen

I have seen the video 5 or 6 times. It seems a sabotage or criminal negligence by the people who were very near to him.

  1. Why the platform of lift was filled more than half with the wooden frames making safety rails on the platform being the major cause of the fall rather than blocking?

  2. The guy behind IK was either the one who pulled him down pulling all others over the rail or the fourth stupid nirala one while climbing the lift pushed Imran Khan to free fall on his head.

  3. Lift operated by the one stupid made the platform unbalance causing a free fall.

A thorough inquiry is very much in order. Criminal responsibility lies on the people I have mentioned. Perhaps he is so injured, the injury may be life long.

Why this lift nonsense have to be there, never heard in past for using to climb on the stage? Why not temporary stairs were built to climb?
