not only he was an Iranian, he also was a cleric [probably an Ayatollah]. he had a long list of arrests for harassing soldier’ families who fought in AfGhanistan.

i don’t understand why he, being a Shi’a, had put an ISIS flag in the window. as far as i know, Iran is fighting a proxy war against ISIS in Iraq N Syria. what’s going on?

Maybe to put the focus on Isis, police guys know him well. They should now let people know who he really was. At this stage of time he seems to be a deranged lunatic.
