Not true. Suicide bombers have attacked prayer congregations, particularly of Shias and I think last Eid as well (or the Eid prior to that).
Many suicide attacks at army targets as well and that's a no brainer - they are opposed to the Pakistani gov't now - in fact, any Pakistani gov't.
I've lost track of where and when they've been bombing, but it all increased after Lal Masjid. Seems more connected to getting vengeance on Lal Masjid and to terrorize Pakistan as a whole to gain control over it, as seen by recent moves on Swat and nearby areas.

I think you are the only one who can link both together.
It's pretty obvious who has been targeted since election campaign have been in process. I havent heard of a single incident where CH bros have been a target of these sponsored terrorists.
