Apparently a lawyer rally was supposed to start from that spot in a little while. A motorbike-riding suicide bomber blew himself up (initial suspicion). Its a very busy part of Lahore, and right next to High Court and GPO chowk. Human parts all over the place. Several people injured, including women.

According to Lahore Police Chief Malik Iqbal, the person was neither in car nor on bike when he blew himself up.
