An explosion at a Shia mosque in the Pakistani city of Peshawar has left at least four people dead, officials say.
The cause of the explosion, which came as the Shia Muslim community prepared to mark the Ashura festival, was not immediately clear.
"There was a powerful explosion in a congested area of Peshawar and we have sent teams to the scene," a security official told AFP news agency.
Local television reported six people had been killed in the blast.

I am watching Live Geo on the Internet. The president is talking about how storng the ecomy is, how things are improving for commom man. The audince are mostly young people, smartly dressed and intellegent looking. On the ticker at the bottom of the screen they are flashing news about the sucicde bomb in Peshawar.
Breaks my hreat and I feel for my country men and women. How can anybody prosper, dreme about a future in these circumstnaces?

What I mean is that I know so many young people back home In Pakistan who are intelligent, well educated, articulate, who can hold their own with anybody from anywhere... all that talent , passion, skill and they can be out for a job interview or en route to thier college/university and be blown into pieces.
