Yet another bomb blast near High Court, Lahore. Blast is said to have taken place in F.I.A building (whatever that means). The blast was so loud, nearby buildings’ glass were shattered, and F.I.A building collapsed, there are bodies buried under the rubble.
The dead count is not confirmed yet.

UPDATE: 2 blasts have said to be heard…1st one on Regal Chowk by one attacker, 2nd one in the F.I.A. Building after the person entered the building, which led to demolition of building.
Note: Ironically, this is the same place the previous attack on Jan 10, 2008 took place just before Lawyer’s rally was to have passed the spot.

:( this is so depressing. Instead of focusing our attention to the terrorism, security, our leaders are busing chalking up plans and strategies on this whole restoration of judges, ousting of musharref, power sharing and all those craps, which means absolutely nothing when we have innocent people dying everyday. We need to focus on bigger issues that have plagued our nation for decades now. As long the people can live in peace. I could care less for democracy or martial law and it is painfully obvious that we have failed in all accounts. Unfortunately, we can only pray for the safety of our loved ones there.
LAHORE: Several people are feared dead as a result of twin blasts in Lahore Tuesday morning, eyewitnesses said.
One blast occurred at Lahore model Town Block-F near to Bilawal House and residence of the city Nazim Amir Mehmood. The other blast occurred at FIA Office near Mayo hospital at Temple road.
According to the preliminary investigation it was suicide attack at FIA Office. The attack occurred at about 920AM.
Over ten bodies and several injured have been shifted to Lahore’s Mayo hospital, the sources said.
According to an eyewitness he saw one dead and three others critically injured at model town.
The police and rescue teams have reached on the spot. Fear has gripped the area due to the blasts.
