You are right to some extent. It is not a question of parasite. Iran and Iraq are example of Sam’s wrath, they were/are never parasite to any country. You have to accept Sam is just like Greeks or Romans or Britisher rulers of the past. You just can not live by making enemy of the world powers. After saying this, this is the first time since partition, Sam said sorry for its action.** Credit again goes to PPP government for getting what they wanted**.

No apology issued, both countries have said sorry for that (as per Victoria Nulland) and Pakistan was asked to bite the bullet (by Panetta).
