ing...............
All purpose flour...................4cup
warmwater...........................1cup
activedry yeast.....................2tbs(1/4 ounce package)
whole Egg ............................3large
Egg yolk................................3large
salt........................................1tbs
whole milk.............................1tbs
sugar.....................................1tbs
veg oil....................................1/4cup
.oregno..................................a pinch
direction.................
(!)...In a bowl combine sugar,water & oregno yeast,mix until yeast is dissolved.let set until foam .
(2)...In a medium bowl,wisk 2 of the whole Egg,all 3 Egg Yolks,and the oil.Add
to the yeast mixture.
(3)...Add the salt and flour,then mix them.kneas dough for about 5.6 min until the dough is smooth and elastic.(you can mix it in machine aslo)
(4)Lightly coat a large bowl with oil,then transfer the dough into it,turningthe dough once to completly caot with oil.Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel,and set in a warm place until the dough double in volume about 1 hr.
..( for idle rising fil the mug with water for 1to 2 min or until boil,quickly place the bowl of dough inthe microwave)....
(4) Transfer the dough to a work place and punch down,Lightly
to remove air that has gathered inside the dough.
(5)...Reshape the dough into a ball and return to the oiled bowl return the bowl to the warm place for 1 hr...
(6)...Lightly coat the large baking sheet with cooking spray or live it with parchment paper.
(7)...Diveide the dough in 2 the dough can be shaped into a standard loaf or also can be braided into a more traditional challa design.
(8)...Everyone know how to make braid.
At the end of the braid pinch the ends of the strands together and tuck under the loaf.
(9)..Carefully transfer the braided loaf to the prepared baking sheet.
(10)..In a small bowl ,wisk together the remaing Egg and Milk,use a pastry brush to caot the surface of each loaf with egg mixture,reserve the remaining egg in fridge.
(11)..Cover the loaf losely with plastic wrap,then place them again in a warm spot to rise loaves in doubled in volume for 1 hr.
Heat the oven to 350 degree..
(12)..Lightly brush the loaves with the remaining egg mixture.Bake until the loaves have risen and are a deep golden from..bake for 45 to 50 min,,Transfer the loaves to a wire to cool completly.
