The commentators were from England or at least had that accent. They never criticized the ref even when he called poor fouls. One on neymar. And one on Brazil defender.
If the same calls were made by a south American or Mexican ref against European teams these commentators would be up in arms. Imo.

1st goal conceded by Brazil was a joke. The left side of the defence.
Hulk played great after that. Neymar had great 1st half. Team player. Works hard getting ball back. Sanchez was the best player on the field.
Chile had one ball go off cross bar. Else game over.

What the heck were Oscar and Joe doing out there. Esp joe. Looked so out of sync. Oscar replacement played well. Missed penalty but played really well. Joe has no place in the team. Could not win a single header. Weak passes. Wrong place all the time.

Also remember that these two teams know each other very well being neighbors they play each other very often. That helped Chile too. Overall they proved they are a great team which deserved to go in finals

some inherent bias in my opinion...the moment we brownies see a white judge, we get into that mode...the match was by far (statistaocally proven) the most rough game of the WC with may be hundred of calls but all we remember are those that went against our favorite team.....not to mention there was no white team playing in the match, yet....
......commentators were white so they supported a white referee, and oh by the way if it was a Mexican referee, whites would have blasted him..blah blah...
