Nizam-e-Mustafa is nothing but Islam itself. And had Nizam-e-Mustafa understood and implemented properly, no such incidents would have taken place ever. Without being political, it is bad governance and nothing else.

It appears the Ahmadis were stopped from offering Namaz e Juma in their masjid. Makes perfect sense.
