Dear, Was it the same as the duties of Afghanis in the court of Mongol Illkhanate, or the duties of Afghanis in the court of Mughals? or the duties of Afghanis in court of Arghuns (Timuris)? or the Duties of Afghanis in the court of Safavids or the duties of Afghanis in the court of Afsharids or the Duties of Afghanis with the Americans these days?

No they were very different. Very special duties. Take your time find out and answer me later. You are allowed to ask an Afghan friend if you have one.
