If yes, wouldn’t that be a possible way to live “forever”? I mean whenever the body is too weak to live on, you can just get your brain transplanted into a new body and thus are able to live forever, yeah? LOL What If you transplant the brain of a man into the head of a woman?

That would be a highly highly complex operation and we still have a loooong way to go before we can actually carry out human brain transplant.. But, to keep it brief, all I would say is that it is very easy to train your brain... If you're right-handed for example, try writing with your left hand and you wouldn't be very good at that... but keep practising for a few minutes and your brain will learn this very quickly and you will become better at writing with your left hand..
I haven't read much on this topic since this isn't my area of interest so I don't know whether the brain, once extracted, would even hold onto the knowledge and memories that it did while it was inside the body of a living person... But even if a man was to psychologically turn into a woman after receiving a woman's brain, even if a person was to develop a completely different personality, it would be very easy to re-train the brain.

The brain is a tissue. It does age and degenerate, so living forever in that way is likely not plausible.
