han? depends on the type of cancer. / some can be cured and some cannot not be.
Tell me the type and I can tell u more.

I dont think the cancer itself can, but one form of treatment can, i.e. chemotherapy

hair fall is not because of cancer, its because of treatment. Most chemotherapeutic agents cause hair loss. radiation on the other hand is more local, so it does not cause hair loss at other areas.
Once you finish the treatment, it can grow back though. Before some people started putting threads around the scalp at time of chemotherapy, but that was increasing the chances of metastasis.
But in all, lost hair is worth the treatment.
