Well the answer to OP’s question is definitely yes. They should contact him. But remember that these bugtis have never done anything for the local people. I’ve been to quetta and met many balochis at the time of Akbar Bugti and they described their dire situation which was very scary while at that time bugti was taking ton of money in royalty.

There’s no denying the fact that most of these tribal leaders have done nothing for their people. However my question was pertaining the situation we have now, when some powers could take advantage of the situation in the province to their advantage. Winding up of Afghan war and Pakistan’s improving relationships with Russia and China could create an ideal situation for some people to stir up the fault lines.
